When it comes to therapy, I do not believe in the one-size-fits all approach. I have experience, knowledge, and training in a variety of therapeutic techniques and will utilize them to meet your specific needs.

My Philosophy

I have trained and invested in learning other alternative healing methods so that I can incorporate them into my practice. My approach comes for the “eclectic philosophy” - which simply means that I integrate a variety of disciplines which include both Western and Easten approaches. I do this because YOU are a unique individual, and your own person; therefore, your treatment will be customized specifically for you.

I have gone through my own personal therapy session for trauma I experienced and never shared with anyone. My therapist was kind, caring and someone whom I connected with and felt safe and comfortable with. Someone who is now a mentor and friend. I also went through a 3-month intensive Spiritual Healing Process. Through my own path to healing, I realized the importance of combining alternative healing modalities. You might ask “WHY?” well the answer is simple; you are not born with problems, pain and suffering our life experiences have led to the turmoil and has caused pain and suffering that has been embedded deeply within us. My believe is that to heal, we need to heal from within and get to our core, our soul and our “chi” vital life energy.

I believe that a holistic approach is the foundation to healing, nurturing the body-mind balance so that we can being to heal the different aspects of our lives.

I am a Licensed Therapist as well as a Reiki I & II Practitioner and Holy Fire III Reiki Master Practitioner and I have used my alternative healing methods daily for myself and on my clients that are open and willing to benefit for the alternative healing methods.

I know people can change — right down to my bones, through every cell, in every fiber of my body — I know that people can change. It’s just a question of when and in what context.
