My therapy sessions are designed specifically for you as my client, each session is tailored to best meet your needs at that time. I use a combination of western and eastern styles. My goal is to support you and to provide you with the maximum therapeutic healings during each session. Below you will find more details on what to expect, finances and fees.
What to Expect
The best answer to the question “what can I expect from therapy sessions?” is to not focus on the outcomes because therapy is a healing process, and it takes time. You will have some very energized, happy, and joyous days and on some days, you will feel tired, fatigued and even sad. The important thing to remember is that you have committed to healing yourself and letting go of what no longer serves you for your highest good and happiness. You can trust that you will not do this alone because I will be right next to you to support and encourage you on your journey. I will respect your beliefs and use a variety of techniques that align with your beliefs and values that will be tailored to you and your goals.
Financial Policies
At this time, I have chosen to be in private practice so that I can focus on my clients and their specific needs. Therefore, I do not accept Insurance. I accept cash, checks, credit cards and debit cards, as a form of payment. I can provide you with a superbill to submit for reimbursement with your insurance company for receiving services with and out-of-network provider.
Therapy Fees
Session fees are due at or before the time of service. An assessment is the first step for new clients and the cost is $225.00 for 80-90 minutes.
I am also a trained Attachment Focused - Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing - (AF- EMDR) Therapist through the Parnell Institute.
All AF-EMDR sessions are 80 minutes in length and cost $250 per session.
For established clients, therapy fees are:
- 80 minutes: $225.00
- 50 minutes: $180.00
I am a Master Reiki Practitioner and Holy Fire Reiki Healer. I offer Energy Healing sessions to anyone that is looking for an alternative healing modality.
All Reiki energy healing sessions are 60 minutes in length and cost $150 per session.
Late cancellation fees are charged for missed appointments and range from a minimum of $50.00 to the full scheduled session cost charged to the credit or debit card on file.
